You can reset your password from the Account login page or by clicking here.
Once logged into your Account, all of your information can be updated from the Account Details section of your Account page.
Once logged in, all of your shipping information —including default shipping and billing addresses— can be updated from the Address Book section of your Account page.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed tracking information. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier they will have the most current delivery information. You can also check the status of your order at any time from the Order History section of your Account page.
Because orders begin processing immediately, we are unable to change or modify an order once it is placed.
Please contact us at support@borboleta.com with your order number and information regarding the missing/wrong items within 10 business days, and we’ll get it corrected!
Once you have received your shipping confirmation, the shipping carrier will have the most current information regarding your package. Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. If you are unable to locate your package, please file a claim with the carrier & email your claim number & order number to support@borboleta.com.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order, and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be refunded in full for that item.
Yes, we do! Sales tax exemption certificates can be submitted to support@borboleta.com.
No. Site sales and/or promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, and are only valid on Borboleta-branded products. Offers are not valid on previous purchases.

Yes, international customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government. The fees are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:
• The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture
• The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to
• VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping
If you are unfamiliar with your country’s customs, fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Customers have up to 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of reimbursement or compensation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer local pickup at this time.
We accept returns of all unopened, unused or defective Borboleta products* within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This return window is extended to 180 days for Lash Serum.
*Does not include Glamcor or non-Borboleta branded products. Borboleta is an authorized retailer of Glamcor products; all warranties are through Glamcor. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any issues with your Glamcor, please contact them directly at realperson@glamcor.com.

Once a return has been received and inspected to ensure products were not used or tampered with, a refund will be processed and issued within 3-5 business days. Please note, Borboleta is not responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returns.
BorboletaPro online education courses are non-refundable, but are transferable. If you need to reschedule your course or transfer your course to another individual, please contact our education team at education@borboletabeauty.com.
